Shailendra Tale is an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level with over 8 years of experience in Manual & Automation, Mobility, Desktop and Web application testing. He has a proven track record of managing manual resources and communicating effectively with clients abroad. Shailendra has experience working with Test Management tools like JIRA, Test Link, Knowledge tree, Alfresco and Bug Tracking Tools like BugZilla, JIRA. Currently, Shailendra is working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at a waste management company. In his previous roles, he worked as a QA Engineer at Synsoft Global, where he tested VOIP based Desktop and mobility based Softphone Applications. He was also a Software Test Engineer at Kostcare Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where he was involved in reviewing requirements/stories, writing, managing and executing test cases, logging, tracking and retesting defects. Shailendra was also an active member of the outsourcing team and responsible for direct report to clients/stakeholders. He was majorly involved in functional, installation, and regression testing. Shailendra holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from RGPV and a High School degree in Science from The Saint Peters H S School.
